Subject to a few restrictions, you can choose to study almost any course at UNSW as long as you have the necessary prerequisite knowledge. We will determine whether you have the necessary academic background by assessing your academic transcript.

To choose courses, you can look through the UNSW Online Handbook, an up-to-date reference of all courses currently offered by UNSW. Because not all courses are offered in both Semester 1 and Semester 2 each year, it is a good idea to also check the UNSW Online Timetable.

The timetable for Semester 1 is posted in mid-November, and the timetable for Semester 2 is posted in late April. By looking through these two sites, you will be able to choose courses and have an idea of your timetable before you arrive in Sydney.
