UNSW's main campus in Sydney
The main campus of 85 acres is in Sydney in the suburb of Kensington, 7km southeast from Sydney's central business district. It is 20 minutes by bus from the main central railway station and 30 minutes from the harbour and ferry terminals. It is also easily accessible to the many nearby seaside suburbs and within walking distance of acres of parklands.

UNSW at Kensington is a modern, urban campus with extensive sporting and recreational activities. There are over a hundred clubs and societies, covering sporting, cultural, social, religious, hobby and intellectual interests. Plays, concerts, films, recitals and other cultural gatherings are frequent. For those who wish to participate, it is a vital environment.

College of Fine Arts: Paddington campus
The College of Fine Arts (COFA) is located in Paddington, an inner suburb in the heart of Sydney's gallery district. It is about 20 minutes by shuttle bus from the Kensington campus. The campus has modern, well-equipped facilities for theoretical studies and studio-based courses in digital media, film, video and photography as well as the more traditional media such as paint, ink, metal and clay.
